Make sure that gel packs lay flat in each compartment. Place assembled wrap in microwave or use your stove top to heat wrap to desired temperature. For exact instructions using either heating method see back of box. First: Place disposable inner plastic cap on head. Second: Fit Hair Therapy Wrap over plastic cap with tail part towards back. Third: At base of the neck, twist the fabric firmly for a snug, drip-proof fit. Fourth: Use the hook and loop strip to secure tail on the top of the wrap. Five: Enjoy warm, gentle heat for up to 30 minutes.
The towelling cover is 100% cotton and machine washable with mild detergent.
