Seeing Green In October, our lives are painted pink to shed light on Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Equally, this month HoneyFig is seeing green. In true HoneyFig fashion, we would like to come about and illuminate an alternative state of consciousness. We would like to focus on, the outreaching efforts of ‘Women for Women International’. Since its inception in 1993, this charity organization has grown into a solid force, bringing to the frontline the everyday plight of women, who are survivors of war. Moreover, they have altered the course of history for women and families; as well as for the growth and advancement of communities and countries. Here is your opportunity to co-support. With every product dollar spent at HoneyFig this month from October 1-30, we will be contributing 7.5% to Women for Women International. As an additional bonus, we have been informed by the organization that through the offer of a generous donor, monies donated to the foundation, up to and including October 31, will be matched dollar for dollar up to $100,000. So this could equate to a 15% contribution. For more information, please visit www.womenforwomen.org. There is enough room this month for green, as well as for pink. There is enough room for awareness, as well as support. Be a supporter this month. New Site Changes and Minor Hiccups Like any new piece of technology, your new site is not without its share of hiccups. Re-launched at the end of August we have tried to resolved, most of the glitches. Thank you for your patience during the process.
