Shipping

To assist in getting your order to you faster, all US and International order are shipped from Wisconsin
Rapids, WI and all Canadian orders are shipped from Toronto, ON
.

Once the order has been verified through our Checkout System, your package will be shipped out within
1-2 business days and for busier periods, such as holidays, within 2-3 business days. Please double
check your shipping address, as HoneyFig is not responsible for the cost of resending returned packages,
redirected mail and/or orders sent to PO Boxes. Additionally, please indicate the Company name if the package is being shipped to an address other than a residential address; as again we can not be reponsible for return charges or misdirection of the shipment if this occurs. International orders are welcome; however, recipients are responsible for paying custom taxes and/or duties.

Refunds/Returns


As most of our products are intended for personal hygiene; once opened, they are not returnable.

Return requests must be received within 10 days of the order date on your receipt/invoice. Please contact us for a return authorization. Also note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee applies only on original manufacturers sealed packaging. For all other items which are not sealed, these items will be deemed as non-resalable. If the returned item(s) upon receipt are deemed to be unusable or non-resalable; HoneyFig reserves the right to consider the return as a Lost Item Return and 75% of the cost will be credited.

If prior shipping costs were paid by HoneyFig, even if only part of the order is returned, the shipping cost of the items returned will be debited from your credit card.

Please note that for hygienic reasons, we can not accept returns of any kind for ghair Hair Care silk products and combs or any other combs and hair brushes carried at HoneyFig. Thank you for understanding.

Also do enclose a copy of your receipt/invoice with the return authorization, along with “unopened” items.
