How to Buy At HoneyFig, we offer an easy and secure purchasing experience. Go ahead and

find something you like. Please feel free to continue your shopping experience by clicking the

"Back" button or "Products" link. Once you are ready to check out, just go to your View Cart located   in the upper right hand corner of the screen. Click on the "Checkout" button to start your check out process. Simply follow the prompts to complete your order.

Payment We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards. You are now able to complete your purchase via Paypal, directly from the site. Additionally, for our Canadian customers we are now accepting Interac Online Debit payment. The process is simple and secure; please click on the icon to find out about the process. HoneyFig's credit card verification company is InternetSecure, one of Canada's leading Internet credit card verification companies. They use an industry-standard 128-bit encryption technology to ensure that your personal information (i.e. your name, address and credit card number) is 100% protected.

Alternative Payment Methods We understand that you may still be intimidated by using your credit card or debit card on the Internet to complete your purchase, so HoneyFig would like to offer you alternative payment methods.

Simply compile your purchases online, email us a copy of the order and then call us with your credit card information at 1 888 82 HONEY.

Additionally, you may choose to phone in your order, along with payment information. Again, simply compile your purchases online, prior to calling and we will be happy to wrap up the purchase for you.

Lastly, print off the compiled online order, and send us a copy, along with a Canadian or International Draft or Money Order only (sorry we do not process Cheques or Western Union); to HoneyFig, 4967 Yonge Street, Toronto, ON, M2N 5N6, Canada. Once funds are received, we will proceed to expedite your package.

Order Confirmation and Tracking After your order has been placed, you will receive two emails from us. The first will arrive shortly after your order has been placed, verifying that we have received the order and payment. The second will be sent after your order has been shipped. The second email will contain your order number along with a tracking number if one is available. If you need to change or cancel your order, please email us at email@HoneyFig.com. Please be aware that once your order has been submitted, making any changes may delay its departure. If your order has already been shipped, simply wait for it to arrive and then have it return to sender. Please note, however return shipping costs will be subtracted from your refund.

Taxes Residents of Ontario are subject to Provincial Sales Tax and G.S.T. (Goods and Services Tax). The sales taxes will be added to all purchases upon checkout with a shipment address within the Province of Ontario. Residents in other Provinces are subject to G.S.T. (Goods and Services Tax) and all other purchasers are responsible for complying with local state tax laws where applicable.

International Customers International customers outside of Canada and the United States, whom cannot complete the transaction online, please email us a copy of your order. This will allow us to provide you with a shipping cost. Orders may take up to 3 business days to process as we endeavour to achieve an accurate shipping and handling rate for your package. You will then be notified of the shipping and handling cost after which you will be required to confirm the order by return email.

Tariffs Customers are responsible for any duty and tariffs for the country to which the order is being shipped and any fees charged by customs. For any questions regarding additional taxes and duties, please contact your local customs or postal office.
